Warning
The following concern only eleven overseas programs. Reservations for Korean programs should be made separately at each inquiry desk that will be notified at a later date. |

| We would rather advise you to make a ticket reservation in advance. Many of our performances can be sold out before the festival starts. |

| Payment shall be made either by Credit Card or bank transfer according to your preference. |
| • Pay by Credit Card |
| - Credit Card Payment shall be only made when your seat be secured. |
| - Only possible with credit card issued in Korea except KEB Card(Korea Exchange Bank Card) |
| - After the payment, you will receive payment confirmation within 3 days. |
| • Pay by Bank Transfer |
| - Bank Transfer should be made within 3 days after you receive the booking confirmation or confirmation call. |
| - It is possible only Korean money to transfer into our bank account. |
| - After the transfer, you will receive payment confirmation within 3 days. |

| • If you do not pay within 3 days after the confirmation, your reservation will be cancelled. |

| • You can buy thickets by cash or Credit Card at a ticket box of the each venue on the day of a performance but only if there are seats left. Ticket box will open from 2 hours prior to a performance. |
If the performance is sold out
If the performance is sold out, but you would still really like to see it, we have a 'waiting list' system in place. You can come to the venue 2 hours prior to the performance and put your name on the waiting list. Ten minutes prior to the performance, we will release some tickets, in the order of the names on the list. Tickets can be purchased using both credit card and cash except for the 'Drama Center' where they can be purchased using only cash. |

On the day of the performance, you can collect your ticket at a ticket box of the each venue.
Ticket box will be open 2 hours prior to a performance.
Please remember that you should bring your ID card with you. |

| Cancellation is only available until three days before the performance which you reserve. |
| - Cancellation seven days before the performance: 10% deduction of price of ticket prior to return of money |
| - Cancellation three days before the performance: 20% deduction of price of ticket prior to return of money |
| - Cancellation on the day of booking(three days before the performance): Full return of money |
| * Warning: When paying through bank transfer, the cancellation fee shall be paid by the person making the booking. |
